Group Registration

For groups, you will be able to add individuals to your group by selecting the “Add Another Registrant” button on the summary page.

Please be sure the first person that you enter is the desired contact for the group. The first person registered will serve as the contact person for the group, and an e-mail address will be required. All correspondence for the group will be sent to this e-mail address.

Further Instructions for Mailing Forms

To receive the Early Bird registration rate, forms must be postmarked by March 31, 2015.

To receive the preregistration rate, forms must be postmarked by July 1, 2015. Registration forms postmarked after this date will be processed at the on-site registration rate and your materials will be available on-site. Preregistration rates will still be available online through Sunday, August 2, 2015.

Please register only one person per form. Make copies of it as needed for additional forms.

Make checks payable to The General Council of the Assemblies of God. Full payment for registration and special functions must accompany the registration form. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY FEES OTHER THAN GENERAL COUNCIL REGISTRATION AND/OR SPECIAL FUNCTION TICKET MONEYS with the registration form.

DELEGATE INFORMATION: If you are attending as an official voting delegate, be sure to have the DELEGATE CERTIFICATION portion on the registration form completely filled out! (Reminder: Each General Council affiliated church is allowed only one appointed delegate to vote at Council.)

Once your registration has been processed, you will receive confirmation either via mail, or e-mail if an address is provided. You will receive your registration packet(s) in the mail if you register prior to July 1, 2015. If your registration is received after this date, packet(s) will be available on-site.

Please review your confirmation information upon receipt for accuracy. If you need to make a change, forward the e-mail confirmation to outlining the necessary change(s), or photocopy your letter and mail the original, with noted changes, back to GC15 Registration, The General Council of the Assemblies of God, 1445 N. Boonville Avenue, Springfield, MO 65802-1894.

The Aviator’s Club of SOAR Airlines will be open for parents and guardians to go and stay with restless aviators ages 0–2 and those ages 3–4 not booking a ticket on evening SOAR Airlines flights.

How Can I Participate in the Business Sessions?


“The membership of The General Council of the Assemblies of God shall consist of all ordained and licensed ministers holding a current fellowship certificate and churches holding a Certificate of Affiliation issued by The General Council of the Assemblies of God” (Constitution, Article VII. Membership, Sec. 1).


“The voting constituency at a General Council shall be composed of all accredited members of The General Council of the Assemblies of God who are present and registered and of such representatives, present and registered, as may be chosen by the churches affiliated with The General Council of the Assemblies of God, each church being entitled to one delegate” (Constitution, Article VII. Membership, Sec. 3).


All business sessions of General Council will be conducted from the designated voting sections in the venue, which will be reserved during business sessions for the voting constituency. To vote or participate in these sessions, ministers and delegates must wear their badges and sit in the reserved sections.

All Assemblies of God General Council Participants

All participants are asked to register and wear their badges for all sessions and services. They are encouraged to attend the business sessions as observers.

How Do I Obtain a Refund?

Refund requests must be received or postmarked by July 31, 2015.

Submit a detailed outline of the refund request, including registrant’s name and events. Be sure to enclose all items that were received in the mail, or return the e-mail confirmation with the e-mailed request.

No refunds will be processed on-site.

There will be a $10 per person processing fee for all refunds.
