HOW DO I OBTAIN A REFUND?
Refund requests must be received or postmarked by July 28, 2023.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email ([email protected]), or mailed to:

No telephone requests will be accepted.
Submit a detailed outline of the refund request, including registrant’s name and events. Be sure to enclose all items that were received in the mail, or return the email confirmation with the emailed request.
No refunds will be processed on-site.
There will be a $10 per person processing fee for all refunds.
