HOW DO I OBTAIN A REFUND?
Refund requests must be received or postmarked by July 19, 2021.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email (registration@ag.org), or mailed to:

No telephone requests will be accepted.
Submit a detailed outline of the refund request, including registrant’s name and events. Be sure to enclose all items that were received in the mail, or return the email confirmation with the emailed request.
No refunds will be processed on-site.
There will be a $10 per person processing fee for all refunds.
HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE BUSINESS SESSIONS?
Members
The membership of The General Council of the Assemblies of God shall consist of all ordained and licensed ministers holding a current fellowship certificate and churches holding a Certificate of Affiliation issued by The General Council of the Assemblies of God” (Constitution, Article VII. Membership, Sec. 1).
Voters
The voting constituency at a General Council shall be composed of all accredited members of The General Council of the Assemblies of God who are present and registered and of such representatives, present and registered, as may be chosen by the churches affiliated with The General Council of the Assemblies of God, each church being entitled to one delegate (Constitution, Article VII. Membership, Sec. 3).
Business
All business sessions of General Council will be conducted from the designated voting sections in the venue, which will be reserved during business sessions for the voting constituency. To vote or participate in these sessions, ministers and delegates must wear their badges and sit in the reserved sections.
All General Council Attendees
All attendees are asked to register and wear their badges for all sessions and services. They are encouraged to attend the business sessions as observers.

FIRST-TIME EXHIBITOR:
If you are a first-time exhibitor, please download and complete the Exhibitor Profile Form. Please submit your completed profile form to exhibits@ag.org.
ONCE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS IS COMPLETE…
The General Council Executive Leadership Team (ELT) will review applications making sure eligibility requirements have been met. Upon approval by the ELT, Convention Services Group will confirm:
- exhibitor booth space(s) via email,
- exhibitors will receive housing information,
- exhibitors will have access to an Excel Decorator kit first quarter of 2021 to request furnishings and utilities.
DEADLINES:
- July 1, 2021
- Proof of music authorization due (if applicable).
- Last day to register for exhibits.
- Certificate of Insurance due.
- Last day to cancel an exhibit (request submitted in writing, via email or postal mail to Convention Services Group).

Why should I exhibit or purchase a sponsorship?
GENERAL COUNCIL is an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to showcase products and talk to church leaders and key decision makers. Be sure to think through the range of target audience groups as you consider your sponsorship needs.
Who comes to General Council?
Approximately 30,000 attend General Council. Those include pastors of all ministries of the church, Christian Education directors, Sunday school workers, evangelists, missionaries, church growth specialists, family members, students, and others.
What is the Purpose of General Council?
GENERAL COUNCIL acquaints our constituency with business and ministry resources which benefits and enhances their ministries. Exhibitors are encouraged to display and share information about products and resources that support ministries of the local church.
